We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Solaris Healthcare Pensacola. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating nutritional care for our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met, and promoting overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of care plans
- Monitor and document resident progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Develop and implement liberalized diets, ensuring residents receive optimal nutrition
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of nutritional reviews, working closely with Dietetic Technicians and Food Service Directors
- Communicate resident nutrition and hydration changes to the interdisciplinary team, ensuring timely follow-up on physician recommendations
- Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensure by the state where applicable
- At least one year of experience in long-term care, preferably
