**About the Role**

About the Regional Human Resources Manager role, you will be responsible for supporting a group of manufacturing plants in unionized and non-union facilities. This is a hands-on position that requires relationships, interaction, and visibility with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Area Human Resource Lead and functionally report to the business Region General Manager
  • Act as a business partner to lead HR initiatives at the sites, institute work improvements which positively impact business profitability and raise employee engagement
  • Develop and ensure implementation of an employee relations strategy, coordinate closely with corporate employee relations and the business sector to ensure alignment and support
  • Recruit hourly and salaried employees to help the organization meet its goals in employee attraction, development and retention
  • Educate and coach line management on company policies, plant work rules, as well as applicable federal and state regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
  • At least six years of multi-faceted human resources experience in union and union-free environments
  • Willingness to work in both tactical and strategic elements of the function, geographically flexible and mobile for future opportunities with the company

Salary Range: $125,500 - $179,900 per year, based on location and experience
