We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all established nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring accurate and safe administration of radioactive materials.
  • Conduct required calibration and quality checks, documenting results in appropriate logs and maintaining radiation safety standards.
  • Review studies for correct positioning and overall quality, manipulating raw data to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Participate in on-call duties and/or work variable shifts to meet department needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification, obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures, radiation safety protocols, and medical imaging principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
