Mantas/ Oracle Developer VMO

As a Mantas Developer at Innova Solutions, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Oracle Mantas for anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime detection. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing and configuring Mantas models, rules, scenarios, and detection algorithms to meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Oracle Mantas for AML and financial crime detection.
Implement and configure Mantas models, rules, scenarios, and detection algorithms to meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
Collaborate with compliance analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop custom components and extensions to enhance the functionality of the Mantas platform.
Integrate Mantas with other systems and data sources to facilitate data ingestion and processing.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the Mantas solutions.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Mantas Developer or similar role, with expertise in implementing AML solutions.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Mantas platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
Knowledge of AML regulations, compliance requirements, and financial crime typologies.
Experience with SQL and database concepts, particularly Oracle database.
Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in Oracle Mantas.
Experience with other AML platforms or financial crime detection systems.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques for AML.
Knowledge of big data technologies and data analytics platforms.
