We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining master data elements supporting companies Cell Therapy treatment center account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, review, and maintain master data in SCLT systems to facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patients
Routinely connect and work with SCLT's regional teams (NorAm, EU, APAC) and matrix partners to develop, refine, and execute cross-functional processes associated with account management
Assist with reporting and Key Performance Indicator tracking efforts
Interact with internal and external stakeholders in-person and through electronic/virtual means
Facilitate a positive end-to-end customer experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work experience
Experience in planning/scheduling, managing operations, and/or managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting is preferred. Cell Therapy experience is a plus.
Experience working in or managing master data in APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling systems is preferred.
