Job Summary

Nidec is a leading manufacturer of motors and elevator control systems. We are seeking an Electronics Assembler to join our team in Motion Control Engineering (MCE). As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of our high-quality elevator control products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting wire to specified sizes, stripping, tinning or binding wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connectors
  • Assembling parts where sequence and method are well defined and require no interpretation or judgment
  • Utilizing small hand tools such as soldering iron, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screw drivers and pliers
  • Ability to understand an electrical schematic
  • Basic knowledge, experience or skill required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand an electrical schematic
  • Ability to complete projects independently or with little supervision
  • Ability to clean and maintain work area
