Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, maintaining the quality of our properties, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Relations: Foster strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market studies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain a strong presence in the community.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance department, ensuring all work orders are completed promptly and to a high standard.
  • Financial Management: Manage rent collections, postings, and bank deposits, as well as monitor delinquent accounts and handle late notices and evictions as required.
  • Community Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and appearance of our properties.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all internal audit evaluations are completed successfully and certifications are accurate with minimal audit corrections required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in senior and multi-family housing.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license required; NYS Real Estate Salesperson license a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; proficiency in Excel, Work, Outlook, and Yardi; experience with LIHTC Section 42 properties and national certifications a plus.
