Assistant Center Director

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious leader to oversee the daily operations of our center. As an Assistant Center Director, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun and safe learning environment for our students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the center
  • Following up on leads, scheduling tours, and closing deals
  • Working with parents to define children's learning needs
  • Providing center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center
  • Engaging with children and families in the center
  • Ensuring that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing
  • Engaging and overseeing coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met
  • Upholding corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
  • Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics
  • Reporting weekly to the executive team on progress

Requirements include:

  • Proven work history with children ages 5 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids
  • Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership
  • Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment
  • Flexible schedule
  • Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
