POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut, serving as an ambassador for the brand and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position is primarily focused on engaging with customers on the sales floor and executing store operations effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilizes tools and strategies to consistently meet sales targets and company goals.
  • Builds strong emotional connections with customers to achieve or exceed individual sales objectives.
  • Employs reporting tools to monitor personal performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborates with management to enhance sales potential.
  • Fosters a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with the brand's values.
  • Encourages teamwork and professional development among colleagues.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of products and current fashion trends.
  • Ensures impeccable execution of store standards, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the Sunglass Hut image.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in retail operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer service or retail.
  • Bilingual candidates may be preferred based on location needs.
