Position Overview

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives that our firm is contracted to deliver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, including client meetings and internal discussions.
  • Oversee projects related to grants management, financial consulting, and operational assessments.
  • Provide solutions for nonprofit clients regarding their financial systems and processes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional client service through positive interactions and effective communication.
  • Maintain project timelines and escalate issues to the engagement executive as necessary.

What You Will Contribute
  • Lead financial and compliance projects, focusing on the nonprofit sector.
  • Supervise and execute consulting projects aimed at process enhancement and financial reporting.
  • Assist with accounting outsourcing services, including financial statement preparation and audit readiness.
  • Evaluate compliance with federal and state grant requirements.
  • Conduct operational assessments of clients' grant management and finance processes.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective engagement management.
  • Utilize technology to streamline project processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Support business development efforts by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in accounting or consulting, with at least one year in public accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector.
  • CPA certification or eligibility.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Financial Edge.
  • Experience in managing teams and developing staff.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
