About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely processing of inventory, assets, and recyclables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the timely processing of inventory, assets, and recyclables, utilizing company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain processing and storage areas, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist and train all associates assigned to the Asset Recovery and Recycling Center (ARRC).
  • Develop relationships with associates and temp staff on the sales floor to ensure smooth and timely movement of inventory, assets, and recyclables.
  • Communicate all discovered operational issues to ARRC Management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skilled at software platforms, including Excel and Word.
  • Cross-functional training and ability to perform operations of ARRC equipment, including balers and forklifts.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, count, select, sort, pack, and handle commodities and fixtures.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Must have open availability, including the ability to work mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
