Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of RNs to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • 5+ years of clinical experience, with a focus on home health or hospice care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • AHA BLS-HCP certification
