Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Technician to review residential properties for overall condition and damages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify damages and issues
  • Document findings through photos and comments
  • Provide excellent customer service to property managers
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform physical tasks such as carrying a ladder, changing smoke alarms, and air filters

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and listed on insurance
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly
  • Reliable transportation with vehicle insurance
  • Ability to drive at least 30 miles from your zip code
  • Comfortable using a ladder and basic hand tools
  • Experience with latest technology, such as iPads or iPhones
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments
