Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
* Collaborate with laboratory leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to improve laboratory operations and patient care.
* Ensure the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.
* Assist with the preparation of and compliance with the approved operating budget.

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s Degree required
* Current License to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
* 4 years of technical experience, required and 0-2 years of leadership/management experience, preferred OR Master\u2019s Degree with 2 years of technical experience

Salary Range:

$79,880-$136,340/year
