**About the Role:**


As a Wound Ostomy Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical services to ensure consistent quality care for patients with wounds and ostomies in our inpatient setting. You will work closely with physicians, outpatient, and inpatient healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Your duties will include utilizing your skills in organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care for adult and geriatric clients.


**Responsibilities:**



  • Coordinate clinical services to provide consistent quality care for patients with wounds and ostomies.
  • Work closely with physicians, outpatient, and inpatient healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Utilize skills in organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care for adult and geriatric clients.
  • Comply with hospital and nursing philosophies/standards in the performance of job duties and responsibilities.

**Requirements:**



  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • 2 years of clinical experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**



  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • CWOCN certification.
  • Wound care experience.
