Job Summary

The Wound Ostomy RN is a registered nurse responsible for the operation of clinical activities of the Wound Care in the inpatient setting. This position holds responsibilities for coordination of clinical services to provide consistent quality care for patients with wounds and ostomies in the inpatient settings.

About the Role

As a Wound Ostomy RN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating clinical services, developing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical services to provide consistent quality care for patients with wounds and ostomies
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-care and independence

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 2 years - Clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CWOCN upon hire
  • Wound care experience
