Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage grain systems projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grain systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with customers to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage grain systems projects, including job creation and expansion of the Summit brand
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors
  • Outline project tasks and delegate accordingly to the team
  • Interact with customers to ensure project meets their needs
  • Communicate project details and scope to the estimating team
  • Coordinate timelines and equipment needs with crews and subcontractors
  • Ensure sales are finalized and completed, ensuring profitable job completion to the Summit brand standard
Requirements
  • 3+ years of building experience, client relations, and sales knowledge
  • A strong background knowledge of grain systems
  • Class A CDL
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time/schedule management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Zoom
  • Basic understanding of CAD and B2W preferred
