Job Summary
:
We are in search of a dedicated Medical Surgical RN to become a part of our Women's Surgical team.

We require a compassionate and dependable RN to deliver care and treatment to patients who are ill, injured, or recovering, following our patient-centered care model.

In this role, you will be responsible for making clinical assessments and managing treatment independently.

You will join a remarkable team that collaborates to provide exceptional care to our patients.


Key Responsibilities:
• Gather comprehensive data relevant to the patient's health or situation.
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for individualized patient care plans.
• Act as an advocate for patient safety.
• Ensure effective care and efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients about their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support to patients and their families throughout their stay.

Qualifications:
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, Multistate, or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care setting preferred.
• BLS certification (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
