- Day Shifts (Rotating Weekends): 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends): 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
- 0-5 years of experience: $33 per hour
- 5-10 years of experience: $36.30 per hour
- 10+ years of experience: $39.60 per hour
- Up to $20,000 (based on individual circumstances; not guaranteed)
- Available on a case-by-case basis
- Nights: $3 per hour
- Weekends: $2 per hour
- As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional, patient-focused care in accordance with established standards. You will work collaboratively with medical professionals and the care team to deliver personalized and compassionate care, adhering to the nursing process of "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will advocate for patients and their families, ensuring a positive healthcare experience.
- Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and communicating any changes.
- Carry out medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation in patient records.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for responses, taking necessary actions for any adverse reactions.
- Deliver outstanding care by responding to patient needs promptly and proactively.
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring clear understanding.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care preferred, LTAC experience considered).
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or be eligible for licensure.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred, to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- BSN degree preferred.
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5-1:6
