Requirements
  • Doctoral Degree: A doctor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or materials science.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in wide bandgap semiconductors, including research, development, and innovation.
  • Leadership Experience: Significant experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Related Field: A Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Industry Experience: Significant experience in the semiconductor industry, including research, development, and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Partnership Experience: Proven experience in collaborating with industry partners, academia, and government agencies to drive innovation and growth.
