o Identify and pursue new avenues for expanding geotechnical engineering services.
o Execute and review geotechnical engineering assessments.

Essential Qualifications:
o MSCE with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering, or BSCE with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
o Must possess a Professional Engineer license in Texas.o Experience with TxDOT, municipal, and city projects is advantageous.
o Familiarity with the geology and soil conditions of Central and South-Central Texas is a plus.
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
o Proven ability to tackle complex challenges.
o The role necessitates adherence to work schedules, self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail.
o The position requires collaboration with support staff, management, and clients; thus, being a team player is essential.
o A valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record and the right to work documentation is required.
o Proficiency in common geotechnical software is expected.
