Venture Dynamics Enterprises Inc is seeking a skilled Marine Insulator to join our team. As a Marine Insulator, you will be responsible for applying insulation and covering to piping/machinery for water systems, AC, refrigeration, and steam machinery, bulkheads and overheads.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply insulation and covering to piping/machinery
- Handle and apply rubber, fiberglass hullboard, pipe sections made of fiberglass or calcium silicate, fiberglass tape/cloth, adhesives and Tempmatt
- Read and understand blueprints
- Apply lagging cloth, use band saw, stud guns and other necessary power equipment
- Survey and design insulation systems for various applications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Marine Insulation
- Skilled with hand-tools such as knives, wire cutters, saws, and tape measures
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with various types of insulation materials and their applications
- Pass a background check
- Dental insurance
- Health insurance

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Marine insulation: 4 years (Required)
