FusionWorks is a dynamic and innovative organization seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel.

As a key member of our Administration and Law division, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our departments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent FusionWorks in legal proceedings, including building law disputes, and prepare written pleadings and manage administrative procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to all departments, including management, on all legal matters, and clarify complex legal questions.
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations with lawyers and citizens in complex legal cases, and coordinate legal matters with other offices.
  • Develop and implement internal training programs for employees, prepare work instructions, and train legal trainees.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building law and legal affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
