We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at La Plaza Supermarket as a Baker. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of Hispanic breads and pastries.

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare and bake a variety of Hispanic breads and pastries, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough rollers, to ensure efficient and safe production.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • **Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least 5 years of experience in baking and producing Hispanic bakery and pastry products.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Ability to safely use food handling and sanitation chemicals and equipment to maintain department cleanliness standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
