Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technical Developer III to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications using PeopleSoft Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of PeopleSoft Enterprise applications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional requirements and draft technical specifications.
  • Analyze the impact of vendor-provided updates and system upgrades on PeopleSoft Enterprise applications.
  • Design and develop technical solutions using PeopleTools, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Communicate project status and technical developments to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical design walkthroughs and peer reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical best practices.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional experience in PeopleSoft Enterprise development and support.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, Application Packages, PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, Fluid Components, Page Field Configurator, Event mapping, Activity Guides, and Integration Broker.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Security+ and PS certifications.
  • Experience leading a PeopleSoft Enterprise development and support team.
Clearance:

A background investigation at the T3 level is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
