Job Overview

Trusted Harvest, a leading provider of fresh cut & packaging services, is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our business segment. This role is 100% in-person and reports directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage labor force and daily production schedule to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the fleet manager to arrange transportation of raw products and finished goods between facilities
  • Work with management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress
  • Manage profit and loss statement for the Company Segment
  • Assist the President in purchasing new equipment to enhance service capabilities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in food and beverage
  • Experience with ERPs, with training provided on Food Connex
Location and Schedule

Athens, New York, Monday through Friday

Compensation

$80,000 plus performance bonus
