Production Supervisor

At JBS USA Holdings, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure the highest level of productivity and efficiency in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop employees to achieve their maximum quality and productivity performance.
  • Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize departmental policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Promote safety and quality throughout the production area.
  • Investigate areas for quality improvement, cost reduction, and method improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent decisions.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; a College Degree in a related field is preferred.
