Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Medix is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support our call center in Warwick, RI. This is a 4+ week contract with the potential for extension based on patient volume.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to patients
  • Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Collect and document patient demographic information
  • Transfer calls to relevant departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as required
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
