Medix is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support our call center in Warwick, RI. This is a 4+ week contract with the potential for extension based on patient volume.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service to patients
- Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect and document patient demographic information
- Transfer calls to relevant departments as needed
- Perform other duties as required
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Requirements:- 1+ year of experience in healthcare
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Call center experience preferred but not required
