Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Warwick, New York. As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process new orders from customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and direct them to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize customer data.
• Coordinate with other departments such as technical support to resolve customer issues.
• Utilize excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple customer inquiries at once.
• Conduct data entry tasks as required to update customer information.
• Manage customer appointments and schedules as needed.
• Use your customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.• Demonstrated ability in answering inbound calls.
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment.
• High proficiency in customer service.
• Skilled in data entry tasks.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with order entry.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively.
