Leading Global Product Release Manager for Advertising Solutions

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Release Manager to lead release management globally for advertising products, tools, and services that impact all Amazon advertisers and customers. As our ad products evolve, this role will ensure all of Advertising Services are systematically equipped to support advertisers in achieving success with our products.
This position requires a strong ability to drive product discussions, work cross-organizationally with leaders, and create product material, service team training, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will be able to navigate ambiguity, define a path forward, influence and motivate stakeholders, and drive results.
The ideal candidate will have high standards for themselves and others, be constantly looking around corners to prevent short-sighted decisions, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Drive product discussions with executive representatives, including vision, goals, tenets, roadmap, narratives, and MBR/QBRs.
- Work cross-organizationally with leaders to create product material, service team training, and operational readiness.
- Actively drive discussions across teams for CX/service team usability, feature design trade-offs, product gap prioritization, and org-level business goals.
- 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
This is a multi-faceted role requiring a breadth of skills and expertise. The successful candidate will engage with global stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve product performance, track program health, and provide insights to influence strategic decisions.

CompensationThe base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Total compensation may include additional forms of payment, such as equity and sign-on payments, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
