Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bridge Construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with heavy physical labor and a strong background in construction tasks.

Responsibilities

As a Bridge Construction Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the Foreman with tasks associated with the repair and construction of railroad bridges. This includes:

  • Removing steel rivets with pneumatic tools
  • Tightening structural steel bolts with impact wrenches
  • Drilling holes in existing or new structural steel with magnetic drills
  • Operating 1/2' drills and generators, as well as chain saws and hydraulic tools
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A current driver's license with a favorable driving record (CDL preferred)
  • Previous experience with heavy physical labor
Compensation and Benefits
