Job Description

The Construction Operations Associate will play a critical role in repairing and constructing railroad bridges across the country. This position requires heavy physical labor, continuous travel, and a strong commitment to safety.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000, based on experience. Benefits include a competitive wage package, health insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove steel rivets using pneumatic tools
  • Tighten structural steel bolts with impact wrenches
  • Remove existing structural steel with oxygen and acetylene torches

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Current Driver's License with a favorable driving record (CDL preferred)
  • Previous experience with heavy physical labor

Work Environment
  • This position involves routine exposure to outside weather conditions and involves working around moving mechanical parts with vibration. Work is performed at heights of up to 500 feet.
