Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors and government inspectors. A proven track record of ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Oversee site operations, including health and safety planning, labor management, and material procurement.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or site management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel coast-to-coast to supervise various franchise buildouts.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
