About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our management team to drive business results.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient and seamless check-in and check-out processes for hotel guests, using a variety of software systems and tools.
  • Process payments and manage room assignments, working closely with our revenue management team to optimize occupancy and rates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and colleagues, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with our management team to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies.
