About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at Living Innovations Support Services LLC. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will work directly with children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to develop positive behavior strategies.

You will collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system. Your role will involve utilizing evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with children with IDD to develop positive behavior strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development.

Qualifications:

  • A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration, and vehicle registration.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
