Job Title: Emergency Response Field Supervisor

Hepaco, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Supervisor to lead our emergency response team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations to ensure the safe and efficient execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of field technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of emergency response tasks
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution
  • Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in environmental field services, emergency response, or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in industrial emergency response, Hazmat clean-up, and confined space entry
  • Supervising/working in confined spaces
