Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience
  • Assist customers with payment and revenue control equipment
  • Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience
  • Assist with day-to-day activities, including monitoring parkers and making change
  • Conduct garage and facility audits as required
  • Count revenue and make change as needed
  • Quote rates for parking services and provide directions to city locations
  • Resolve customer complaints and answer phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility, including picking up trash and ensuring a pleasant environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record (if required)
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate to loud noise levels and exposure to vehicle emissions. You'll work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be on your feet for most of your shift, with frequent opportunities to interact with customers and colleagues.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and reaching, with frequent opportunities to use your hands and arms. You'll need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment as needed. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to read and interpret written instructions.
