About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our Aquatics Team at HealthFitness. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver individualized swim programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
  • Provide safe and effective swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
