Swim Instructor

The Glow YMCA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to lead our aquatic programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct leadership, instruction, and motivation to students in swimming classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction and guidance to students in swimming classes.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students at various skill levels.
• Assist with the development and implementation of aquatic programs and services.
• Collaborate with the Aquatics Director and other team members to achieve program goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of age.
• Recommended certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Basic First Aid certification.
• Ability to demonstrate swim instructor skills in accordance with YMCA standards.
