POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role assists the Lead Auditor and the Audit Division in the systematic evaluation of retail locations on a monthly basis. The Inventory Specialist will be tasked with accurately counting stock at the store level in a professional and efficient manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with the Lead Auditor
Coordinates with the Store Analyst on audit days

  • Partners with the Audit Supervisor to ensure precise inventory counts across stores
Investigates audit discrepancies as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for work and maintain positive relationships with store personnel
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Team-oriented with a professional attitude
Excellent communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand, bend, work close to the ground, and climb ladders for extended periods
Proficient in using a computer
Ability to hear and communicate effectively for store and office support via telephone
Capable of lifting items to facilitate accurate counting (over 40 lbs)
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (coolers, sheds, drive-thru, freezer)
Familiarity with handheld scanning devices
