Main Duties:

  • Prepare for service by ensuring all necessary items are ready, including polishing cutlery.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages to management.

  • Ensure that food and beverage orders meet high standards and are delivered promptly.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws.

  • Prepare drinks and other items as needed.
  • Assist with events and receptions as required.
  • Handle payments and complete necessary paperwork.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas.
  • Ensure a tidy and orderly workspace at all times.
  • Present a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
  • Monitor supplies and equipment to minimize waste.
