Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Clinical Staff: Collaborate with our clinical team to facilitate patient flow, ensuring seamless transitions between departments.
  • Patient Transportation: Safely transport patient belongings and assist patients to and from their vehicles, maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Environmental Services: Maintain a clean and organized environment by stocking supplies, cleaning monitors, and setting up pre-op bays.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative assistance to the charge nurse, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Patient Advocacy: Foster a positive and respectful environment by interacting with patients in a considerate, helpful, and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and maintain a positive hospital environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of nursing assistant experience required.
  • Certifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required.
  • Licensure: Current LNA, CNA, or UCNA licensure with the state of Arizona required.
