Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred.Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
