Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Maintain Clinical Standards: Develop and implement standards of care and educational programs for clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all agency staff comply with regulatory standards, including Medicare and other relevant regulations.
  • Clinical Orientation and Training: Provide comprehensive clinical orientation and training to new hires, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Ongoing Staff Development: Develop and implement ongoing staff development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Clinical Observation and Chart Audits: Conduct regular clinical observations and chart audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise Home Health Services: Supervise the delivery of home health services, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse: Must be a licensed registered nurse with a BSN degree preferred.
  • Home Care Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, with Medicare-certified home health agency experience preferred.
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum 4 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience required.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Must have a complete knowledge of regulatory standards to ensure quality of care.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both in-person and remotely, are essential for this role.
