About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our team at Lionbridge. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding the technical evaluation phase of our AI training business throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and manage technical solutions and offerings for our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their AI data needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Work with the technology and product teams to identify requirements to enhance our platform further to support customer needs.
  • Identify and liaise with potential technology partners that could be complimentary to our offering.
  • Triage and resolve any technical obstacles during project delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data science and incorporate them into our service offerings.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, AI, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a solution architect for AI solutions, with a focus on building and deploying data models.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing data projects from conception to completion, preferably in a language services or localization industry.
  • Strong understanding of language and cultural considerations in data handling, with experience working on multilingual data projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized data solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Knowledge of localization best practices and technologies is a plus.

  • Expected Compensation: $90k-140k USD/year DOE.
