Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit.
- Follow the individualized treatment plan to achieve the highest practicable level of mental and physical well-being for each patient.
- Continually monitor and maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu for the patient population.
- Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Arkansas or Compact State Practical License in good standing.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience is required. Psychiatric experience is preferred.
- BLS required. Safetu Care De-Escalation certification required in the first 3 months of employment.
