About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a hospital setting. As a Nephrology Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings
