Certified IPC Trainer/ Specialist

Job Summary:
Verion Training Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IPC Trainer/ Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IPC training and certification programs to clients and employees. If you have a passion for teaching and a strong background in electronics assembly, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IPC training and certifications (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-600, IPC-7711/21)
- Prepare and present IPC-established curricula
- Train business clients and internal employees
- Contribute to improving training programs and techniques
- Create an adaptable and positive learning environment
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Assist with additional duties to support business needs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of training experience preferred
- Active or expired IPC certifications
- Electronic Assembly background is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must pass a criminal background check
