Alera Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager specializing in Large Enterprises to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Alera Group producers to oversee all policy-related functions for designated accounts, including but not limited to the following:
1. Manage monthly renewal lists in accordance with producers' directives.
2. Conduct market analysis for renewals and new business accounts, providing detailed quote assessments for producers.
3. Oversee policies, endorsements, and audits, ensuring accuracy in all policy documentation.
4. Update the management system to accurately reflect policy coverages.
5. Process agency bill policies and modifications.
6. Engage with clients daily to address policy change requests and inquiries regarding coverage.
7. Communicate regularly with insurance carriers to request endorsements, procure policies, and respond to additional information requests.
8. Assist producers in crafting client proposals for both renewals and new business opportunities.
9. Review client insurance requirements and contracts in conjunction with certificate of insurance requests.
10. Collaborate with agency commercial lines assistants for clerical support.
11. Attend client meetings alongside producers as needed.
12. Enjoy a hybrid work schedule following the initial training period, with flexibility in choosing office days each week.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license or a resident license from another state is required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial lines is preferred.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio within our large business commercial lines division, defined as accounts with premiums exceeding $20,000.
- Essential skills include the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate self-discipline and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in using the Alera Group Management system, AMS360, and electronic document management systems is necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Knowledge of various insurance carrier products, websites, and rating systems is essential.
