As a Banker at Banner Bank, you will deliver an exceptional experience for clients, serving as the face of the Bank while processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding client service and support.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.
  • Prior experience as a Teller is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities and basic skills in mathematics, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Note: Higher levels of experience may qualify for a more advanced role within the same job category.
