As a Banker at Banner Bank, you will deliver an exceptional experience for clients, serving as the face of the Bank while processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will assist clients in reaching their financial aspirations by actively promoting Bank products and services, both in-person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client service and support.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Actively refer Bank products and services to clients.
- Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.
- Prior experience as a Teller is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and basic skills in mathematics, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Note: Higher levels of experience may qualify for a more advanced role within the same job category.

- Engage in a phone interview with the manager or recruiter.
- Attend an on-site interview with the manager and key team members.
